Guest shift featuring PENICILLIN, Hong Kong at Ambar Ubud Bar

The Asia's Best 50 Bar in collaboration with Ubud Food Festival 2024, Agung Prabowo, Laura Prabowo, and John Vermann Coronado will unite their expertise and take over Ambar for a night.

Launched in late 2020 as the city’s first ‘closed-loop cycle’ bar, PENICILLIN is the first Hong Kong sustainability-concept bar. The special SABA-based cocktail will arrive in Ubud that has been formulated in their signature high-tech stark-white research lab.
