Amici Bali Launches Italian Aperitivo Cocktail Class with Dewa Arsana

Amici by Enrico Bartolini invites guests to discover the heart of Italian aperitivo culture through its new Cocktail Class. Held every Wednesday at 7 PM, this intimate 70-minute experience offers a warm and engaging way to learn, sip, and celebrate the Italian aperitivo culture.

Led by Beverage Manager Dewa Buda Arsana, the class welcomes only 10 participants each week, ensuring a personal and hands-on experience. Guests will begin with a welcome drink, followed by a guided session where they learn to craft two signature cocktails, one is a classic Italian aperitif and the other one is the guest’s own cocktail creation. Each participant will also take home a special gift as a memento of the evening.
